Primal Plunge
Primal Plunge is a modern wellness app that connects users to the power of cold water immersion.
Project Overview
With a clean mobile experience and a robust admin dashboard, users control their plunge sessions, track their recovery and stay connected to their progress, while the backend keeps everything running smoothly. It's built for individuals, trainers and wellness centres.
We led the full-cycle development of the app, from architecture planning to app store deployment. We built a Flutter cross-platform app that talks directly to the plunge over Bluetooth, and a scalable backend for user management, analytics and secure authentication.
An admin panel gives the team oversight of devices, customer support and content, and over-the-air firmware updates let them manage the hardware remotely.
