CareFlow LLC is a Pennsylvania-based company focused on student health. We partnered with the startup in 2010, when growing market acceptance meant it needed to expand its team quickly.
Project Overview
Balancing product work with sales was difficult for CareFlow's leadership team. We took over most of the development work, freeing the leadership from the technical front so they could focus on sales.
Over the partnership we worked on dozens of projects and delivered many iterations of the software: application revamps, technology platform upgrades, new tools and technologies, a web version compatible with smart devices, Android and iOS apps, and numerous new features and modules.
The engagement significantly reduced CareFlow's development costs. That let the company run a more aggressive sales campaign, and gave it the capacity to handle the results.
